I am BASI Intl trained Pilates instructor. Established in 1989 by world-renowned Pilates Educator Rael Isacowitz, BASI™ has been a leader in top-tier Pilates education for 30 years and counting.

I am in my 50’s and so I know how it feels to be getting that little bit older, the aches and pains of everyday life - we can work on these together to give you a platform which will improve your strength and flexibility and hopefully prolong your ability to play sport to the level you want as well living an injury and pain free life.

Pilates is for the everyone - age, size, gender is not an issue. Whilst widely participated by woman I believe this is only down to the fact that most men do not know what is involved. Yes we do stretch but more so, we use resistance to build up strength all over the body - abs, legs, arms, hips etc. We all have imbalances in our bodies - Pilates will help even these out.

Resistance comes in the form or the apparatus we will use - a Reformer, a Cadillac, a Wunda Chair. Pilates is a full body and mind workout.
